Sunday School, Chreche and 'Cherubs'

All children are welcome to our Sunday School at St Mary's. We meet on Sundays at 10.30 am in St Mary's Hall (during the school term). There are classes suitable for children aged 3–6yrs, 6-9yrs, and 9-13yrs after which the children will go into church at the end of the morning service.

‘Cherubs’ is a mother and toddler group organised by two local mums in the Church of the Good Shepherd in Dockenfield every 2nd Thursday afternoon. The session runs from 1.30pm to 3.00pm. We have arts and crafts activities for the older children (about 2 and up) and loads of toys for the little ones. Come and join us, tea, coffee and biscuits served! Cost is £1.50 per family.
