Wonderful opportunity to visit a beautiful Frensham garden of historical interest and help raise some very much needed funds for St Mary’s Church.
Ann Fisk was very concerned to hear that St Mary’s has lost most of it’s regular income through weekly services, weddings and much more since coronavirus caused the closure of the church doors. She has kindly offered to help redress some of the financial difficulty by opening her large garden for people to walk around and relax in, on Thursday mornings 10am to 12 or afternoons 2pm to 4pm from 9 July onwards. £5 per person and bookable in advance to keep numbers safe and within current guidelines. Please note that the last open garden date is 10 September 2020.
The property was originally owned by the Guinness family who also owned Pierrepont and still has the building in the garden that was the first school in Frensham. There are 5 areas for two people to sit and enjoy coffee/tea as well (but please BYO!).
