We’ll be turning the Good Shepherd into an ocean liner for the evening's entertainment. 
So, get out your flapper dresses ladies and men come along in DJs, wing-collar shirts or 
anything else you think suitable, ready for a glamorous night enjoying the buzz of the 1920s.
‘Gordian Knot’ is set on board a cruise liner in 1920 when cruising was just starting up again 
after the Great War. The glamour, excitement and music of this age were at their height 
after the dark days of the war. 

In the play, a group of people come together because they’ve been invited to sample the 
delights of cruising in order to verify the ship’s credentials as a cruise liner.
When a high society columnist is murdered, however, the atmosphere becomes tense. 
Who did it? Are they all now in danger?

Chief inspector Featherstonehaugh, from Scotland Yard, is summoned to solve the mystery. 
All on board are suspects. Can you decide who did it?
